Comprehensive Plumbing Solutions in Roswell, GA

From routine maintenance to emergency repairs, our team handles every aspect of residential and commercial plumbing across Roswell and the Greater Atlanta area.

Residential Plumbing Services

Plumbing problems at home range from minor annoyances to genuine emergencies. Most homeowners want a straight answer and a fast fix. Our residential plumbing services cover the full scope of what Roswell homeowners need. We repair and replace toilets, faucets, and fixtures. We locate and fix leaks. We service water heaters, clear drain blockages, and inspect sewer lines. If you’re buying or selling a home, a plumbing inspection surfaces hidden issues before they become expensive surprises.

Commercial Plumbing Services

Facility managers and business owners have different priorities than homeowners. Downtime is costly. Code compliance is non-negotiable. Routine maintenance is far less disruptive than emergency repairs. Our commercial plumbing team handles the full range of services that commercial properties require, from hydro jetting grease-laden kitchen drains to testing and repairing backflow prevention assemblies.

Emergency Plumbing Services

A burst pipe or a sewer backup doesn’t wait for a convenient time. We prioritize speedy service to help you handle plumbing emergencies as they arise. Our team arrives promptly, diagnoses the problem accurately, and works efficiently to restore your plumbing to working order. We focus on finding the exact cause rather than applying temporary fixes that leave the underlying issue unresolved.

Sewer Line Repair & Replacement

Sewer line failures are among the most disruptive plumbing problems a property owner can face. In Roswell, the combination of mature trees and aging pipe materials makes sewer line issues common. Clay and cast-iron pipes installed decades ago develop cracks and loose joints over time. Tree roots find their way through those openings and grow rapidly inside the pipe.

We use camera inspections to locate the exact point of failure before recommending a repair approach. Depending on the pipe’s condition, options may include targeted repairs, pipe lining, or full replacement. Where possible, we use trenchless methods that minimize disruption to your yard and landscaping.

Water Line Repair & Installation

A drop in water pressure or an unexplained wet spot in your yard often points to a water line problem. We perform thorough leak searches to accurately locate the source. We fix what’s broken and leave everything else alone. Our water and sewer line technicians repair or replace damaged water lines using durable materials suited to Georgia’s soil conditions and climate.

Drain Cleaning Services

Slow drains and recurring clogs are frustrating. They’re also a warning sign. Left unaddressed, a partial blockage can lead to a full backup affecting multiple fixtures. We offer professional drain cleaning for sinks, tubs, showers, washing machine lines, and main sewer lines. Our methods clear the blockage completely rather than just punching a temporary hole through it.

Hydro Jetting Services

For stubborn clogs, heavy grease buildup, or pipes that keep backing up despite repeated cleaning, hydro jetting is the most effective solution available. The process sends a specialized nozzle through the pipe, spraying high-pressure water in a 360-degree pattern to scrub the pipe walls clean. Residential jobs typically operate around 3,500 PSI. Commercial lines may require higher pressure depending on pipe size and the severity of buildup.

Before hydro jetting, we run a camera inspection to confirm the pipe is in suitable condition for high-pressure cleaning. This step prevents damage to fragile or compromised lines. The result is a pipe that’s significantly cleaner than what standard drain snaking can achieve, reducing the frequency of future blockages. For commercial kitchens and facilities with heavy grease loads, hydro jetting is often part of a scheduled maintenance plan.

Water Heater Repair & Installation

A reliable supply of hot water is something most people don’t think about until it disappears. We service both traditional tank water heaters and tankless units. We address issues like sediment buildup, inconsistent temperatures, pilot light failures, and pressure relief valve problems. If your unit is beyond repair or nearing the end of its useful life, we install energy-efficient replacements sized to your household or facility’s actual demand.

Tankless Water Heater Services

Tankless water heaters heat water on demand rather than storing it in a tank. This eliminates standby heat loss and reduces energy consumption. They also take up far less space than traditional units. We specialize in installing and repairing tankless systems. We ensure the unit is properly sized for your flow-rate requirements and installed in accordance with manufacturer and code specifications.

Backflow Prevention & Testing

Backflow prevention assemblies protect your clean water supply from contamination by preventing water from flowing backward into the main supply line. In Georgia, these assemblies must be tested annually by certified testers. We provide professional backflow valve testing and repair for residential and commercial properties to ensure your system meets all local safety codes and regulatory requirements.

Camera Plumbing Inspections

A camera inspection takes the guesswork out of plumbing diagnostics. We insert a waterproof camera into the pipe and send back live footage of the interior, which allows us to identify blockages, root intrusions, pipe misalignment, cracks, and collapsed sections with precision. This is valuable for older Roswell homes where the condition of underground pipes is unknown. It’s also useful for anyone buying or selling a property who wants a clear picture of the sewer system’s condition.

Gas Line Plumbing Services

Gas line issues require immediate attention. Our team handles gas line installation and services for a range of applications, including outdoor fire pits and grills. We ensure all connections are secure, leak-free, and fully compliant with safety standards. If you suspect a gas leak, leave the property and call us right away.

Common Plumbing Problems in Roswell, GA

Roswell’s mix of older homes and newer construction creates a predictable set of plumbing issues, and our team has seen and fixed them all.

Clogged Drains & Sewer Backups

Drain clogs are the most common plumbing complaint we see, but the cause isn’t always as simple as it looks. Hair, grease, and soap scum account for most household clogs. In older homes, recurring backups often point to a deeper issue. Tree root intrusion, pipe deterioration, or a partial collapse in the sewer line is a common culprit. We use camera inspections to identify the root cause. We recommend the right solution, whether that’s standard drain cleaning or a full hydro jetting treatment.

Leaky Pipes & Water Damage

Pipe leaks in older Roswell homes frequently stem from corrosion. Galvanized steel pipes rust from the inside out and eventually develop pinhole leaks that can go undetected for months. Copper pipes are more durable but still develop pinhole leaks over time. This happens particularly in areas with aggressive water chemistry. About 9% of homes have leaks that waste over 18,000 gallons of water per year. This adds up quickly on your water bill and can cause serious structural damage if left unchecked.

Low Water Pressure Issues

Low water pressure is a common complaint in older Roswell homes. The cause is usually one of a few things: mineral buildup inside aging pipes, a failing pressure-reducing valve, or a partially closed shut-off valve. Calcium and magnesium deposits accumulate on pipe walls over decades, which gradually narrows the space water flows through. Most residential plumbing systems operate best between 40 and 60 PSI; if you’re getting a reading lower than that, or if pressure varies significantly between fixtures, it’s worth having a plumber take a look.

Water Heater Problems

Sediment accumulates at the bottom of tank water heaters over time. This reduces efficiency and causes the unit to work harder than it should. Common symptoms include popping or rumbling noises, inconsistent hot water, or a unit that runs constantly without meeting the demand. We assess your water heater’s condition and recommend either a flush and service or a replacement, depending on the unit’s age and overall condition.

Tree Root Sewer Line Intrusions

Roswell’s mature tree canopy is one of the things that makes the city beautiful. It also makes sewer line root intrusion one of the most common plumbing problems in the area. Tree roots are drawn to the moisture and nutrients inside sewer pipes. They enter through tiny cracks and loose joints in aging clay and cast-iron lines, and once inside, they grow rapidly, catching grease and debris until the pipe is fully blocked.

Warning signs include multiple slow drains throughout the home, gurgling sounds from toilets, sewage odors near drains, and patches of unusually green grass in the yard. We locate root intrusions through camera inspections and clear them with hydro jetting or mechanical root cutting. For pipes where root damage has compromised the structure, pipe lining or replacement may be the right long-term solution.

Aging Plumbing Systems in Older Roswell Homes

If your home is more than 40 years old and hasn’t had a plumbing inspection in several years, it’s time to schedule one. We assess the condition of your pipes, identify materials that are nearing the end of their lifespan, and help you prioritize repairs before they become emergencies.

Our Plumbing Service Process

Every job follows the same straightforward process, from the first inspection to the final quality check.

Plumbing Inspection & Diagnosis

We start every job with a thorough inspection. Whether we’re checking a leaky faucet or running a camera through a sewer line, the goal is to understand the full scope of the problem. We don’t guess or recommend repairs based on assumptions. We find the exact cause, document it, and explain it to you clearly.

Honest Recommendations & Upfront Pricing

After diagnosing the issue, we walk you through the problem and present your options. We explain what needs to be done, why, and what it will cost. This happens before any work begins so that there are no hidden fees and no pressure to approve work you aren’t comfortable with.

Professional Plumbing Repairs & Installations

Our technicians perform all repairs and installations with care and precision. We use quality materials suited to your specific plumbing system, follow all applicable codes and standards, and ensure every plumber on our team works under a licensed and insured master plumber. You can be confident the work meets the highest professional standards.

Final Testing & Quality Assurance

Before we call a job complete, we test everything. We check for leaks, verify water pressure, and confirm all fixtures are operating as they should. Our one-year workmanship warranty means that if something isn’t right, we come back and make it right.

My hot water heater finally died on a Thursday evening. I called Majestic Friday morning about 9am. Hannah scheduled my service for 1-4pm. She contacted me at 9:15am to let me know a technician was available about 10am. Eryk arrive at 10:30. When he arrived he immediately evaluated that my heater was leaking from the bottom and at 26 years old, it had served it's purpose well. Eryk advised me on what needed to be done to replace the heater, gave me choices of sizes to meet present and future needs based on the size of the house. I chose a 50 gal gas tank. Without hesitation Eryk left to get the tank, returned in 1hr. and got to work. He took out the 40 gal tank and brought up the 50 gal tank in a L shaped 2 story staircase without hitting or damaging the walls by himself! He took out all the old fixtures, replace them with brand new. Cleaned up everything afterwards, showed me how to use the shut offs, and controls. There's not enough superlatives to describe Eryk's professionalism, conscientiousness, skill and meticulousness. I highly recommend this company and will indeed use them again!

My technician Michael was very thorough in his explanation of the work to be completed. The installation of the Flo By Moen smart shutoff valve and reducing valve was meticulous and the pipes and valves securely attached. The work area was left very clean and both technicians were professional and courteous. I highly recommend and already have plans on using them again.

Thought I had a water heater leak and was concerned about potential flooding. Called at 10:30 am on Friday and Customer Service said they could have someone out later in the afternoon. At 1pm I got a text from Eryk who said he was on the way. After examining the 4 year old water heater he noticed that there was a potential issue with the overflow drain. Turned out there was a blockage that just required snaking. He was in and out in an hour and problem was solved. He and his assistant had great communication and were very efficient. Great job guys!
