We use standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology for establishing an encrypted link between our server and your computer. SSL allows for sensitive information such as social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely.

We will create your billing account after the installation work is complete. Your first payment will be due 30 days after the installation is complete, and your first monthly statement will arrive approximately 18 days after the work is completed. It will arrive by US Mail.

Check, ACH, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check.

We do not accept payments using credit or debit cards.

No. This is an installment loan, not a revolving line of credit. It is for a fixed finance amount with
a fixed term.

The installation of the Flo By Moen smart shutoff valve and reducing valve was meticulous and the pipes and valves securely attached. Thought I had a water heater leak and was concerned about potential flooding. Called at 10:30 am on Friday and Customer Service said they could have someone out later in the afternoon. At 1pm I got a text from Eryk who said he was on the way. After examining the 4 year old water heater he noticed that there was a potential issue with the overflow drain. Turned out there was a blockage that just required snaking. He was in and out in an hour and problem was solved. He and his assistant had great communication and were very efficient. Great job guys!
