5. Complimentary electrical panel safety inspection  ($169 value).
6. Visual inspection of GFCI and smoke detector to insure up to code.

5. Complimentary electrical panel safety inspection  ($169 value).
6. Visual inspection of GFCI and smoke detector to insure up to code.
7. Complimentary visual camera inspection of main sewer line (accessible plastic cleanout-up to $500 value).
8. Complimentary plumbing fixtures and electrical devices inspection – to ensure they are functioning safely and at peak performance levels.
